Had such an amazing experience with this company. You can tell Vince and the other employees care about the customer. He gave every option and the pricing on each as well as they text you updates and pictures of all diagnostics done not just dealing with the problem talked about. Instead they look at all the problems that the car may have and not just to get money but to keep you on the road longer

Have taken my car there twice now I believe. They are honest, and won't scam you or do inefficient work. My car was dead and they brought it back to life! Thanks to these guys. In my opinion it is almost impossible to find an auto repair shop that you an trust. It seems that once you take your car to a shop, it's all down hill, you end up taking it back repeatedly for different things that suddenly start breaking.

BUT, no at Unique Auto, their work is thorough and they are trustworthy. The first time I took my truck to them, it was because of an error my truck was throwing, they took a look and said the Error was anomaly and the part it was saying was bad wasn't, but if I get the error again, to let them know. Any other shop would have replaced the part.

I've since taken my husbands truck and my truck back (completely different issue) and the price is always reasonable, they explain what they did and what the cause and they stand completely behind their work.

Everyone in the shop is super friendly and helpful. A few weeks ago we took my husbands truck for some work and we needed to have the truck back by the weekend because we had a camping trip planned. The people in the shop worked overtime in order to get our truck done in time. I was super impressed and I will NEVER take out trucks anywhere else.

If you need any work, from an oil change to body repair, they do it all and they do it well. You will not be disappointed.

My RAV4 broke down while passing through Omaha for the day. From the moment I called Unique Auto, Vince was empathetic to my situation and very friendly. He invited me to bring the car in for an inspection - found out that my alternator was dead - and offered it to be fixed within a few hours. Vince and his crew saved our time table for our road trip - I am forever grateful! They are honest, good people, and I recommend them for any problem. Furthermore, they even gave us a loaner car so we didn't have to wait around car-less for half the day. Thanks again Vince and crew!

Since I first took my car to Unique, I have been more than satisfied because the work was completed economically quickly. Some places that I have used in the past have been a major disappointment because the work was not satisfactory or overpriced. Unique does a job correctly the first time. The only regret I have is that I did not know about Unique until 2019. Had I done so, surely would have brought my cars to them sooner because of the fine work, service technician knowledge, and great environment in the customer waiting area. I have recommended Unique Auto to my neighbor and friend who is just as satisfied with the service he received as did I.

I came in as I had seen a posting for an F250, James tried hard to get me into it but in the end I was able to get approved for an amazing 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I took I drove it back to Lincoln and noticed it had vibration in the front and an alignment issue, I called back and spoke to the owner Ted, he told me he would take care of it, I brought it back to them on an Saturday morning and Ted himself got it balanced and the alignment straight as an arrow, he even gave me lunch. Don't find this kind of treatment or hospitality at any other dealership. They have earned my business here on out and I would recommend them to anyone.

I love the place would refer it to every body. Great customer service. The repairs that I had done to my car was I thought someone had took my catalytic converter off my car however that wasn't the case there is a hole in my catalytic converter so what they did was patched it up. With a metal plate, so I wouldn't have to purchase a whole new catalytic converter. the service was awesome, Ted, Brian, and Bobby Joe were excellent as always I've been dealing with Ted at unique Auto for over 10 years and yes I would recommend anybody to take their car to unique Auto they're great people to deal with and they have excellent customer service.

The service is impeccable, Josh is one of the best staff members they have. The service is a 4/5 we’ve had a many of different things done and our recent experience had a hiccup. Transmission died in Omaha. We live in Kansas City area. Started calling dealers (due to extended warranty). Everyone said, "See you in August". Rae told us to come on in, they'd get us in that day. She also gave us the name of a tow truck driver that was great (Triple T Towing)

They checked and also found that repairs could be weeks away. Jill spent the next two hours trying to talk to any and everyone to try to either get them to fix it or allow the extended warranty to cover them fixing. She had tons of other work to do and could have told us it wasn't her problem but she made it so.

In the end, Jill found a dealer that should be able to fix it before the end of the month.

Hubby had to drive up to rescue us. He wouldn't get there until after we left. Jill emptied her car. She loaded up all of our stuff and took us to Mama's Pizza. She didn't just drop us off at the door.. She checked with them that we could stay awhile and helped us drag everything in.

Both of those ladies did their job above and beyond. The mechanics we talked to while we were there were focused on doing their best job.
